Refine Intelligence is a fast-pace startup helping financial institutions fight financial crime. We are well funded and deployed with our first customer – a large US bank – heading towards the next few customers. Our Israeli office is in Rehovot, just off the train station.
We’re looking for a motivated product designer / UX researcher to collaborate with product & dev in owning the process of designing and delivering user-centric designs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and prototype in Figma
- Own the design system
- Conduct user research in English & translate insights into design solutions
- Is a bonus: Get co-creative making SWAG, conference graphics, social media & other mini projects

- Designed great products and has examples to show
- Excited to conduct and translate UX research into user-centric design
- Emphasizes execution and delivery
