Sales Manager, North America

North America / Remote/ Hybrid

You’ve been involved in selling financial crime or digital identity solutions to the Top 100 banks in North America on behalf of leading vendors and startups. You have a hands-on approach and aren’t looking to run a sales team, although if the team grows you can certainly do that. Your approach is consultive, listening to customer needs and understanding their issues, building multiple levels of relationships, and finding the right way technology can help them out. You like working in a team where SMEs with street cred do most of the talking, even in early phases of the conversation with a new prospect, as you realize they’re unique perspective can you help ‘crack’ the accounts faster. You think in terms of solving problems and solution-selling rather than selling products. This makes you a great fit for startups who are shaping the market and changing the paradigm. You have a large network, and like being proactive about your knowledge. You like hunting for opportunities to help the business grow, rather than wait for Marketing to bring you leads. In other words, you’re a high-initiative sales leader. You’re interested in working for an innovative startup set to change the way AML is done. You’ve come to the right place!
